Brilliant, the recruitment officer at FTI was a great help during the interview process. The firm was super understanding that I would not complete my final year of study until 6 months after the commencement of the graduate program.

the interview process for me was different to the typical process as I did not complete assessments. I had two interviews with the Brisbane MDs. I found it to be relaxed, I had opportunity to show who I was and also ask questions about FTI

The interview process was quite lengthy (took around 2 months in total from when I first applied). The process is listed as follows: - Initial application submitting my resume and CV. - Undertake a psychometric test. - Call with the recruiter - Assessment Day at the office which consisted of an individual assessment, group assessment, and individual interview. - Job offer

Recruitment process was very streamlined and provided the ability to showcase your skills knowledge and interest in the role. This was a result of multiple stages of testing which allowed you to show off your analytical, communication and problem solving skills.

The questions in the interview process were your standard "have you ever encountered X problem and how did you overcome it?". One of the final questions that really stuck with me is: "What do believe will be the biggest issues in the world economy over the next 10 years?".
