What your day-to-day could look like:
We are now on the look-out for committed Safety Graduates to start their career journey in our Fulton Hogan business. You will:
- Work at both office and site-level to assist with the implementation and maintenance of various Health and Safety processes and initiatives;
- Learn and implement the requirements of the Fulton Hogan Safety Management System;
- Assist our operational teams with site safety support and undertake safety tasks to achieve health and safety targets, manage critical risks and improve safety awareness;
- Assist the team to ensure our projects consistently operate in accordance with the legislative requirements, organisational goals, the Health and Safety Management Plan and respective Site Safety Plans.
Let’s Connect:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, or related area.
- Leadership, organisational and communication skills with the ability to develop, manage and maintain relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders;
- A high degree of enthusiasm and drive, with a strong desire to deliver positive outcomes as part of a team;
- A practical mindset, with a hands-on approach to getting things done;
- Flexibility to undertake regular travel to our project sites, in addition to occasional weekend work or night shift.
