Office & Workplace at Google AU

9.7
9.7 rating for Workplace, based on 17 reviews
Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
The location is pretty annoying if you catch public transport as you'll have to catch the light-rail for the last section of it to the office. Pyrmont is slightly out of the way which makes it somewhat far from many of the other big tech offices in the CBD, however it is a really nice location being right by the water. It is quieter than George St which is nice. The facilities themselves are amazing. From the office gym to the cinema, there is a wide range on offer at the office to distract you from doing any work. Unlike some other places, people do actually make use of these things and you'll often seem the pool tables in full use right after lunch. The free food is good. The dress code is relaxed. Some people dress in business casual wearing shirts with buttons while others wear jandals and shorts.

Lots of perks at work. Normal tech dress code. Office just located in an inconvenient location

Second to none, even among other big tech offices in Sydney. Welcoming office space with a ton of amenities including a gym, showers and an arcade. Dress code is as formal or as casual as you want, you will fit in either way

Dress code is quite casual. Often jeans or shorts and a t-shirt among software engineers. Pyrmont is annoying to get to however, but the office space is nice and has a good view of the Harbour Bridge
