We have a dedicated environment committee, a goal for 40% female partnership by 2025 (which we have achieved), and participate in many events for charity/volunteering purposes. We also have a dedicated pro bono team.

Particularly with the office move, there is a big impact on CSR, as well as certain clients that we represent and work in the space. Further, impact and waste is something the firm actively encourage. Being able to offset salary into charity packages, and the Hall & Wilcox H Community Fund are also incredible initiatives, as the FRANK lab startup focused program which provides legal fee grants to start up companies and connects them to institutional clients.

The firm has tremendous corporate social responsibility awareness. Hall & Wilcox readily supports various minority groups, and firmly supports Aboriginal and Indigenous Australians. We otherwise have a commitment to achieving 38 hours of pro bono work per lawyer, per year. I have personally made significant contributions towards the firm's pro bono work targets.
