We have committees that can suggest/make changes and pro bono committee does this work too.

We are a paperless office. We have coffee cup recycling bins in the office. We have compost bins in the office. All food served is sustainably sourced.

As with CSR - our upcoming move has a large focus on sustainability. As is the use of sustainable materials where possible, and consistent efforts in the office to make adjustments for sustainability purposes where possible/continue to improve in that regard.

They are very dedicated to the environment, with compost bins, recycling bins, and red rubbish bins, and trainings every year on what to recycle and compost. They also have signs around the building of what can and cant be recycled.

We have a sustainability committee who encourage education and dialogue on this.

We have an environment committee and the operations team regularly reviews this and promotes different initiatives.

My firm has many initiatives that promote sustainability, such as Plastic Free July where staff members could volunteer to ensure and encourage environmentally friendly behaviour across the office.

ESG is very importance to Hall & Wilcox.

The firm is big on recycling and minimising wasted resources.

We heave a large environmental committee with initiatives happening every month. We have compost bins, recycling of coffee cups and bins for 'non typical' recycling products which we ship off to get broken down and recycled. We have events and fundraisers such as world bee day, world compost day and gardening days.
