What projects/initiatives does your employer run and what have you worked on personally?
The firm has a very good pro bono initiative. We also have a committee dedicated to contributing to the community (eg, through volunteer work). Each year the graduates organise a quiz night. All money raised at the quiz night is donated to a charity of the graduates' choice.
