Opportunity Expired
At HESTA we’re a leading national superannuation fund dedicated to people working in health and community services – a growing sector of ordinary people doing extraordinary things, day in day out, right across Australia.
More than 900,000 Australians trust HESTA with their money. So together, we invest $68 billion of savings globally. We're about creating brighter futures for our members and a better world for generations to come. Our focus is on helping our members enjoy a retirement they’ve worked hard for.
Reporting to the Member Experience Lead, you will use your passion for customer experience and skills in market research to gather and synthesize a wide variety of insights, data and feedback from our members. With a focus on embedding the Member Experience Program in the business, you will assist with end-to-end research, platform management, reporting, dashboards, sampling, automation, text analysis, journey mapping and program strategy. As part of the Insights and Customer Experience Team, you will help translate data into meaningful insights and leverage our CX tools to help the business understand how to improve member experiences.
You are curious, detail oriented, passionate about member experience and most importantly, a team player. You love getting stuck into data and analysis, problem solving and have an interest in technology and platforms. You have a background in marketing, market research, customer data analytics or similar and some experience gained in superannuation or financial services - or a strong interest to make the transition.
HESTA is a highly collaborative and values-driven organisation so you will join a growing industry fund that has a welcoming and supportive culture and outstanding conditions, including an enviable work/life balance. This is your chance to gain career-building experience and exposure to an expanding industry. Once you have completed probation, we also invest in your development by giving you a training budget and eight days off each year for you to attend approved courses and events.
• Access to great benefits, including a market competitive remuneration package
• Be part of an ambitious team and an innovative and inclusive culture
• Opportunities to develop and grow your career
• Join one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing superannuation funds
HESTA is a great place to work but don’t take our word for it, we were named (again!) Employer of Choice 2021 by the Australian Business Awards and Employer of Choice for Gender Equality five years running!
