HPE Australia is seeking two Project Support Analysts to join the hard-working, dynamic and supportive team in Sales Operations to be located in Melbourne. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for sales & delivery for all operations aspects. You will be responsible for providing advice & guidance during the Opportunity/PreSales phase on deals to ensure legal, financial & compliance aspects are covered & comply with processes; & to ensure accelerated order booking & revenue recognition.
This role is ideal for a recent Business or Technology Graduate seeking a foot in the door with a leading organization. You will be well supported with a comprehensive training and onboarding program, working with an exceptional leader who wants to see you grow and develop.
As Project Support Analyst you will:
- Execute operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, & contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are completed from quote to delivery & credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation.
- Generate invoices & client billing by service & product agreements.
- Record, update & validates customer & deal information in systems.
- Review the Opportunity Business Review approval & supporting documents to provide commercial consultancy to the Pointnext Advisory & Professional Services & GreenLake Business, Sales & Delivery teams & provide input.
- Be accountable for business controls, approvals & deal compliance throughout the Engagement lifecycle.
- Maintain project files by the business control & record retention policies.
- Request & validate Credit Checks (upon Sales Order Booking/Creation & invoice processing).
- Use role-specific tools such as COMPASS, Kraken & Salesforce.com.
About You:
- Some knowledge or experience in operations and project administration will be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Technology or similar (recently completed or in progress).
- Ability to perform in a dynamic environment with the ability to make decisions when information is not clearly defined.
- Good organizational, time management, communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office. SAP experience will be highly regarded.
- Ability to analyze data and review complex information.
