The opportunity:

Icon Water's Communications and Engagement branch is looking for an ambitious and detail oriented individual to join us as our Campaign Delivery Coordinator!

Our team works hard every day to deliver communications campaigns across water conservation, reducing single use plastics and doing the right thing by our drains. We creatively connect our target audiences (external and internal) with our campaign key messages to try and drive behaviour change across the community.

What would my day look like?

• Conducting research to develop recommendations for campaign strategies
• Contributing to campaign strategies related to water conservation, drain care, drinking tap water and others
• Writing media content, blog posts and social media posts
• Collaborating with internal and external partners to coordinate deliverables
• Collecting data to report on the success of our brand and campaigns

Icon Water is responsible for owning and operating Canberra's network of water and wastewater infrastructure and assets including dams, reservoirs, water and sewerage treatment plants, pumping stations to ensure we deliver safe drinking water and reliable sewerage services. You will have:

• Tertiary degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or a similar area
• Time management skills to meet critical timeframes
• Experience in writing and editing content
• An understanding of communication practices
• A drive to deliver excellent campaigns and client services
