IPART provides independent regulatory decisions and advice to protect and promote the ongoing interests of the consumers, taxpayers, and citizens of NSW. They are the independent regulator for the water, public transport, local government, electricity and gas industries, and the Energy Savings Scheme in NSW. IPART also undertakes reviews and investigations into a wide range of economic and policy issues and performs a number of other roles at the NSW Government’s request.

This role sits within the Applications and Scheme Participant Compliance programs which are part of the broader Energy Sustainability Schemes team. The team contributes to regulatory functions under the Energy Savings Scheme and the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme.

In this role, you may earn an average of A$86,666 to A$94,920 plus the employer's contribution to superannuation and leave loading.

We are looking for someone who:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience are required for this role. Tertiary qualifications in economics, accounting, finance, engineering, environment, science, law, or other relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrated professional experience.
