IQPC Australia is in major growth mode and we’re excited to bring onboard an energetic, driven and high-potential marketer to join our exciting B2B Events team.
Our Events business is made up of industry-leading Conferences, Large Scale Events & Exhibition products. These include global event brands such as Customer Contact Week (CCW), Shared Services & Outsourcing Week (SSOW) and The Customer Show (TCS) which attracts hundreds of senior industry professionals every year!
We need a results-driven marketer with strong ownership and focus who’s mastered the basics and looking to take their marketing career to the next level. We’re looking for a brilliant marketer who’s a team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns
- Come up with engaging content marketing plans for lead generation
- Be data-driven! Curating data segments for targeted email marketing
- Eye for detail, ensuring website, brochure and email copy is compelling and correct
- Launch paid advertising and Linkedin marketing ads
- Successfully negotiate contra partnerships with key media partners
- Manage a marketing budget and drive ROI metrics
- Exercise your creative flair when working with designers on appealing and easy-to-navigate collaterals
- Collaborate with cross-functions such as production and sales teams
- Spearhead special projects including automation, data renewal and referral programs
Who you’ll be:
- A graduate with a bachelor’s degree / relevant marketing qualification
- You love copywriting! Skilled in email, brochure and web copy
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work in a project team and contribute ideas
- A strong desire to keep learning and driving marketing innovation
- You’re hyper-focused on results and enjoy the thrill of smashing targets
- An analytical thinker who uses data to inform your strategies
Bonus points if you have:
- A track record of achieving growth outcomes and revenue generation
- Success in launching a referral program
- Experience in B2B events, conference or exhibition marketing
- Proactively identified ways to drive additional revenue from an existing client base
