This position is primarily concerned with the organisation, preparation, and completion of international trade documentation procedures and general office administration tasks as delegated/determined by the Management from time to time.
This involves the detailed preparation of Sales and Purchase Contracts including Proforma Invoices as well as final Invoicing using the company's internal International Trade Management systems.
The processing of shipping documents such as preparation of accurate Forwarding Instructions for Bills of Lading to various shipping lines.
From time to time on instruction from the Management, you will also be required to assist the Trade Team and/or Management with various delegated tasks.
