Our Graduate Program
As a Graduate at Jacobs you'll work on real projects, bids and tenders from the get-go. Under the guidance and mentorship of our experts and industry leaders you'll have the support, means and space to deliver the boldest solutions for the extraordinary and the everyday. From gaining hands-on experience to participating in networking events and structured learning sessions, you'll find new and inventive ways to help our clients make the world a better place. No matter what drives you, you'll discover how you can cultivate, nurture and achieve your goals – all at a single global company.
Ideally, you'll have studied a university degree related to one or more of the following fields: Science, Engineering, Project/Construction Management, Commerce, GIS, Geomatics, Information Technology, Geography, Geology, Architecture, Communications, Social Science, Arts & Humanities, Public Policy, Surveying and/or Planning. These are unique roles that require applicants hold Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
