We are seeking energetic, driven and highly self-motivated HR Advisors to support our Senior HR Advisors and HR Business Partners. You will also work closely with HR Centres of Excellence – Rewards/Business Services/Talent (Learning & Development & Talent Acquisition)
Provide timely and accurate transactional support to HRBPs and Senior HRAs.
From the global dashboard, prepare and share quarterly HR Reports as per HRBP instructions.
Conduct Exit Interviews for market employees nationally. Coordinate mail-out of Exit Interview Survey, and conduct interviews for priority groups.
Work with the Global Mobility team to ensure compliance with JLL’s process.
Facilitate Learning & Development activities locally and virtually
Provide support and advice to the business in HR policy and processes.
Assist wider HR team with management of grievances, investigations, and performance management issues.
Participate in national, regional, or global HR Projects as appropriate
This is a 6-month contract with a good opportunity to extend!
Tertiary qualifications in HR or equivalent experience are essential as is an understanding of key HR functions including Rewards, Talent and HR Business operations in a large complex organisation.
You will be a strong communicator, with confidence and the ability to liaise with local, regional & global HR teams and business users at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail are essential as the ability to ensure delivery of regular reporting and activity independently. Of course, you will have strong Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel and Word
You are a problem solver and are commercially astute to know when to ask for guidance and direction. Most important is a collaborative, team-oriented attitude highly developed organisational skills, proactive work ethic and ability to multi-task.
