The MAC Coordinator will be working closely with our Government client - the Department of Home Affairs. In support of this approach, we have an exciting opportunity for a Moves, Adds and Changes Coordinator to join the team.
Effectively assist and implement an organisation/department(s) relocation strategy through utilising specialised space management tools and resources.
A large part of the role is to liaise and manage the relationship with the clients’ employees and key stakeholders.
In conjunction with the Senior Occupancy Planner MAC Manager, as the MAC Coordinator, you will work with our client to effectively assist and implement an organisation’s relocation strategy through utilising specialised space management tools and resources.
As a successful applicant, you will be able to adapt to shifting priorities and manage competing deadlines. You would ideally come from an office coordinator / retail management (or similar) background with the ability to analyse and interpret complex documents and read and interpret architectural drawings, furniture layouts and space planning concepts.
You will have a proactive nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is all highly regarded. Your ability to provide efficient and reliable service to the client is a must!
You will also need to have a level of flexibility with work hours, as this role will likely include weekend work as required and travel as needed. Move planning to occur during regular business hours, with the majority of moves to be actioned after from 4 pm on Fridays.
You must be an Australian Citizen and be able to obtain and hold Federal Government level security clearances to comply with our client's requirements.
