Being a part of a graduate program at Kennedy's will be the start of an exciting and successful legal career in a global law firm!
Structure of the Program
During your 12-month program, you will complete four three-month rotations in our core practice areas of Insurance, Injury, Commercial, and Healthcare. Graduates will also complete the Practical Legal Training ("PLT") course with The College of Law during this time, before applying for admission in the relevant state.

Kennedys offer a wide variety of training throughout the Graduate Program, including the opportunity to attend in-house and external seminars, whilst having access to a large array of online skills and technical learning via our learning management system.
To prepare you for life as a lawyer at Kennedy's, our graduates are given autonomy and direct client contact from a relatively early stage of their legal career. With the support and supervision of senior lawyers and partners, our graduates will develop a range of both technical and soft skills.
To be considered for a graduate program in Australia, you must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Law, or another subject plus a Juris Doctor/Post Graduate Diploma in law. You will undertake the PLT during your 12-month Graduate Program.
