As a grad in my first rotation, the first few weeks are full of lots of training sessions. The work I do depends largely on those more superior to me giving me tasks - these would typically involve legal research, reviewing documents and managing different work streams in a matter.

My day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing documents, legal research, editing documents, corresponding with clients and matter administration.

The quality of work you get as a junior varies greatly with practice area. As a junior you can expect to do more accessible/admin work (reviewing documents, compiling, drafting emails). But I find that where possible my seniors try to expose me to better legal work (drafting contracts, opining, researching).

Legal research, drafting emails and advices, attending and note taking meetings, conducting discovery, reviewing patent and trademark portfolios.

My tasks vary from proof-reading to completing the first draft of an advice to legal research. I have a wide variety of tasks. The work is challenging and stimulating.

I am very satisfied with my work. Having worked as a grad since the start of the year, I have learnt even more than I expected. I have been very well supported while also having been given the opportunity to work autonomously and gain experience myself.

Day-to-day responsibilities are varied but can include: liaising with clients, drafting correspondence and research.

The work is complex, challenging and engaging.

I do graduate level tasks, so lots of proofing, first cuts at drafting, research etc. It's very interesting work though.

Supporting the team on transactional loan & securitisation deals, including drafting preliminary documents, attending to counterparty comments, coordinating the signing and execution of deeds and documents.
