Read moreA typical day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator could include:
- Ensuring candidates receive regular, timely communication and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated in real time
- Being the first point of contact for candidates, advocating Leidos
- Screening candidates and booking in interviews
- Coordinating reference, background and security clearance checks
- Supporting the on boarding of new team members via Enboarder
- Monitoring and updating posting to job boards & social media
- Ensuring a smooth handover of new hires into the onboarding process
- Operational recruitment including supporting the 2023 Graduate Program
- Continuously improving processes and ways of working to increase efficiencies
- Referral Program Coordination and Promotion
- Other administrative duties to assist the team.
