Job Description - Your New Role
Looking at a 12 month opportunity to start, with a potential to extend, you will provide front line HR support to Leidos team members across Australia including:
- Responding to employee queries and providing first level guidance/triage queries from current team members on HR policies, processes and systems
- Supporting the team throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle, with a focus on contract generation, onboarding, employment changes and off boarding
- Accurately processing employment changes on Workday, generate letters, update employee records and liaise with stakeholders.
- Coordinate, support information/data sharing between teams and departments as part of existing processes or otherwise
- Updating the HR Information System (Workday) including processing changes to organisation structures and employee data and providing system support to team members in the form of expertise and navigation
- Support the team with cyclical activities including, but not limited to performance development, remuneration review, graduate cycle, engagement survey, review of alternate work arrangements, etc.
- Work collaboratively with the team, as required, to support initiatives and related activities and maximize Leidos’ Australia’s commitment to be a great place to work
- Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and projects

- Exposure to HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with attention to detail
- Team oriented and like working in an environment where you are supporting the organisation to thrive.
- Tertiary qualification and\or relevant work experience within Human Resources
