How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Very flexible, back when I lived far from the city it wasn't expected for me to come into office every day. Saving on travelling costs and time.

Due to the nature of my role I am in the office pretty much every day as their is an expectation to respond to assistance required by the customer.

As long as I get my weekly work hours in, the amount of time I work each day can vary.

The hours are good and flexibility to work when you want is also good. However, due to low wfh flexibility, the commute can chew up many hours.

Work hours are good, generally 38 hours per week, but with some of the flexibility options, we can opt to extend to 40 hours to build up a rostered day off to use later down the track.

I work flat 38 hour weeks, my department is extremely flexible with hours worked per day, so I am able to heavily frontload my hours in a week and work extremely short Thursdays and Fridays

I work standard salaried hours and am able to work extra in order to accrue RDOs, which is a huge benefit

Hours are very flexible. As long as you do your required hours for the day, you can come in any time while the office is open between around 7am-6pm. You can also work extra and build up time to take off on other days.

My company is highly flexible with the hours we work which is great! Due to my far travel distance I would love to have less hours, however, that is impossible in my current role - this is why I did not provide a higher rating above.

Very flexible, respectful of work/life balance.

A high degree of flexibility in work hours, allows you to start early or late, accumulate hours for shorter days, and ensure a balance between work and personal commitments.
Graduate, Melbourne - 27 Jul 2023
I work 7:00-3:30 or 8:00-4:30 five days a week in the office. Company is quite flexible with the hours you work as long as you get everything done and are there during core business hours (9:00-3:00)

Company is very flexible - as long as you complete your hours for the week it is up to you how you'd like to work the week.
Graduate, Scoresby - 18 Jul 2023
They are very flexible. I can start at a time that is convenient to me.
Graduate, Scoresby - 18 Jul 2023
Very flexible. As long as you do your required hours the time you come in/leave doesn't really matter.
Graduate, Melbourne - 17 Jul 2023
For me, I have signed up to work 40 hours a week. Within the week, I would need to fulfil the 40 hours. But the hours are pretty flexible.
