Opportunity Expired
As a participant of the two-year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.
Our Building business is one of Australia's largest construction companies, recognised for our market-leading design, project management and construction services. We push boundaries to create iconic places that are innovative, sustainable and commercially viable.
We continue to contribute to changing skylines, cityscapes and social infrastructure; delivering projects like the Martin Place & Victoria Cross Integrated Metro station developments (NSW), Circular Quay Tower (NSW), Cairns Convention Centre (QLD), Gold Coast Airport (QLD), Melbourne Quarter Commercial & Residential precinct (VIC) as well as state of the art health, defence and education facilities nationally.
Working closely with Senior Cost Planners, Cost Planners and Project Mangers, you will learn key skill sets in providing quick and accurate measurement of quantities, effective use of 'Value Engineering' to optimise client value, reducing risk and analysing data in controlling design to a defined set of cost parameters. Through this you will start to understand market conditions with regards to applicable rates, subcontractors, supply chain and our competitors.
With a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any related discipline, you have demonstrated leadership qualities and a desire to stretch your capabilities. You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. We look for graduates who are passionate, motivated and driven to make a difference, with a commitment to safety, sustainability and diversity.
Our projects can be found around the country; within metro and regional locations, so it is essential you would be prepared to be mobile/relocate across these project needs.
