Opportunity Expired
As a participant of the two- year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on the job activities, networking and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.
Our Building business is one of Australia's largest construction companies, recognised for our market-leading design, project management and construction services. We push boundaries to create iconic places that are innovative, sustainable and commercially viable.
We continue to contribute to changing skylines and cityscapes, delivering projects like the Crown Hotel Prescient (NSW), Melbourne Quarter (Commercial & Residential Towers, VIC), 25 King (Australia's tallest timber tower, QLD) plus state of the art stadiums, metro stations, health and defence facilities nationally.
As a Graduate Site Engineer, you would work alongside the wider construction project teams responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities and efforts of contractors and suppliers onsite to ensure construction is completed within schedule and cost. This will involve supporting the project across safety, quality, cost and program. Your rotations will be within the Regional Business Unit (RBU) and/or User Experience (UX).
Coupled with your passion for the Built Environment, we are looking for students with degrees in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering (Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics/Robotics), Architecture or Property Development or any related discipline. You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. We look for graduates who are passionate, motivated and driven to make a difference, with a commitment to safety, sustainability and diversity.
Our projects can be found around the country; within metro and regional locations, so it is essential you would be prepared to be mobile/relocate across these project needs.
