They are looking for a talented student to join the HR team that will work closely as a support to the Learning & Development Manager at Westin Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for someone who is studying and would like to learn all elements of training in a hotel. The right applicant will gain valuable experience in the learning and development field and work on projects to enhance the training needs of the associates alongside the L&D Manager.
