Every day is different, but as a new graduate your role will include:
- Ongoing clinical supervision from an OT mentor, aligned with your needs. We offer weekly supervision for new graduates.
- Working with a diverse caseload to gain exposure across a range of clients and occupational therapy supports, and later opportunities to shape caseloads to your passions and interests.
- Working with our leadership team to create and drive exceptional service delivery with a focus on TRUE people outcomes. We encourage our team members to continually innovate and shape service delivery with the sole intention to improve our clients’ lives, improve the clients’ overall experience of therapy, and provide high-quality OT without unnecessary constraints
- Working collaboratively with a team of equally passionate Allied Health and community-based professionals, including our Your Journey team members
- Learning new and honing existing skills. We take an active approach to learning so that you develop your clinical expertise, grow personally and build the career you want
- Looking after your wellbeing, for example, attending a Goal Setting masterclass with Olympic Coach John Quinn or a funded Pilates class at the on-site gym
What will you bring?

- Minimum undergraduate qualifications in Occupational Therapy (open to graduates and students due to graduate in 2022)
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical theory and practice
- Demonstrated clear understanding of person-centred care
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
