New office, central location, good facilities
Graduate, Sydney - 14 Oct 2023
Melbourne buildings are elite, very spacious and have all facilities you need. My office interstate is quite old however NAB has recognised this and we getting a new office. Dress code is very good, working from home no real dress code required however in office as a male, business pants, good pants and business shoes are required, no suit and tie needed, also casual days on Friday

The offices are great, I wish we had set workdesks though instead of hot desking but I guess there's more freedom to sit wherever , and supports flexible working
Dress code varies depending on business area, in general the banking areas are dressed more formally but tech/data side much more casual
