About the role
We’re seeking a recent Graduate Engineer to join our team. As an entry-level engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow across various facets of our business. From site-based work to estimating and project controls, you’ll play a vital role in our operations. You will kick off your career in our Doncaster office and then move into a site -based project role. Here you won’t be stuck in an office all day – you will be out amongst it, experiencing what it’s like to be on the ground and be part of a team working towards a common project goal.
As a graduate you will receive mentoring, on-the-job training and structured guided learning. A mentor will be assigned to guide and support you, while our senior leaders and technical specialists will work with you to build your technical capability and leadership skills on the job. You will also access an 18-month structured learning program through Engineers Australia, in-house programs to support your professional development.
About you
We are looking for graduates who are adaptable, keen to learn, resilient and who want to build a rewarding career in civil or mechanical construction. Nacap is seeking applications from recent or soon-to-be graduates who have graduated with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
