It's dependent on the team that we are placed in, but I think that we are given a decent amount to do as a grad. There are some periods of heavy down time, but I think with some proactive thought, we are able to fill it with useful training/reading/learning etc

More work and challenge would be good, however I understand that this can be challenging when one is a temporary team member and doesn't have much experience yet. In short, the quality of the work depends on the team one is in. On the whole, I am very satisfied knowing that my work is contributing to a long-term, bigger-picture goal.

Graduate, Canberra - 15 Jul 2024
Fairly minor, more reactive to the needs of my team. This is partially the nature of the work being a discrete project; I think I am not the best placed to be working in this role, in the sense that I don't feel like I have all the skills necessary to be as useful as another. However, my team has given me positive feedback and has not stated this. (This was in my prior team, as I only joined my current team two days ago)
