YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic candidate looking to kickstart their professional journey. Based in our office in Notting Hill and reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, this role offers the perfect opportunity to gain valuable office and professional experience. You'll collaborate closely with our suppliers to deliver cutting-edge Power and Cooling Infrastructure Solutions.
This role's core focus is on the ongoing development of relationships, ensuring solutions and support meet customer's expectations, and assisting your team to identify new business opportunities.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
The NPS onboarding process involves comprehensive sales and technical training, both in-house and by our industry leading partners. You will be supported to develop your own approach, and with an industry this large and complex, there is really no limit to where you might find yourself. The support and training don't stop at month 1 - you will be supported by our team to grow and challenge yourself throughout your career with NPS!
SALARY AND BENEFITS
In addition to a generous salary offer, NPS sales staff are also eligible to take part in the NPS Personal Bonus Package, calculated based on both personal and team KPI's.
