This opportunity involves working with a diverse range of children and young people experiencing developmental and acquired neurological conditions, from developmental delays and autism to cerebral palsy and intellectual disability. You'll collaborate with your clients, their families, and other professionals within various settings, including homes, schools, and community spaces.
This exciting role is available within the Western team (spanning Deer Park, Werribee, and Melton) and the Northern team (with locations in Thomastown and Tullamarine). Your designated home clinic will be chosen based on your geographical preference or chosen clinic!
As a new grad/early career Speech Pathologist, you are provided with regular supervision. You will join the Nest Program which runs for 6 months and aims to provide support for those new to their therapy career. You will also be provided with a peer support therapist, providing you with first-hand experience and support during your initial months as a clinician.

As stated by NeuroRehab, the salary for this role is $72,000 (36.44/hr) - $90,000 (45.55/hr) (depending on experience) PLUS superannuation, company car, fuel card, laptop, phone, and an efficiency commission program to reward your time and efforts!
