Promotions occur every 6 months - That isn't to say staff are eligible, however there are plenty of opportunities to get promoted. Working closely with HR they guide you through the process. There aren't limits to the number of staff that get promoted too, which is great.

There are clear career pathways which is why I chose to apply for Nexia in the first place.

I have just seen a number of staff promoted. There is a mix of tenure based promotion and merit based.

I started at Nexia as a cadet just over 2 and a half years ago. I am now finished University and I am an Intermediate. I have been very happy with the processes. At Nexia people are not just valued for their work. Being able to communicate with clients and partners always gets your foot in the door.

There's a great, structured ladder to climb here. I can see myself staying for a long time.
