As mentioned earlier, the culture is collaborative and inclusive. During work hours open communication and teamwork are valued. Hierarchically, we have a standard public practice firm structure which is transparent. After hours, our culture includes regular celebrations (on average every 4 weeks), including informal gatherings and opportunities for colleagues to connect outside of work, strengthening relationships and enhancing our sense of community.

Nexia Sydney has a great culture. Everyone is approachable and there's always a chance to meet new people through the events that are scheduled throughout the year.

You are judged on outcomes and not simply being in the office. There has already been some great social activities and CSR stuff. The workflow is based on teams which means that I am getting exposure from lots of different managers which has been great.

The culture at Nexia is great. You can clearly see avenues for career progression within each team. Management is always flexible with work hours and encourage you to work early/late to get the best out of everyone. There are also monthly catch-up drinks and the BA division has a quarterly event.

Everyone is really nice. I was expecting the corporate world to be mean, cut-throat and ruthless. Everyone here is supportive and fun to work with. Casual drinks after work is a common activity and it helps me feel closer to my colleagues.
