Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
I know that the firms WGEA results were really good and it is very equal. You are certainly able to be yourself whatever that might be.

It recently came out that our Gender Pay gap was 0.3%. I was very impressed with this. Nexia has always been supportive of other communities.
