Application Process & Interviews at Nexia Sydney

Quick and easy recruitment process; 1 phone screen (with HR), 1 x formal face to face interview, online testing (numerical + inductive), reference checks - My process took less than 2 weeks from application to offer.

The recruitment process was pretty quick and straightforward. After submitting my application, I had a virtual interview, followed by online testing. The final step of the process was being interviewed in-person by members of the team.

The HR team were great as were the managers and Partner that interviewed me. They were quick to respond to questions and made the whole process so welcoming.

The interview process is very fluid. I had an initial meeting with HR and then a secondary meeting with staff who I know work closely with. I also completed some initial testing which was online and worked well.

Had two rounds of interviews. They made me feel very comfortable throughout both which allowed me to show my personality and capabilities confidently.

Read up on the firm before your interview, have specific reasons about why you want to work for the company and what you can bring to the role.

Be yourself!

I would encourage candidates to have some background knowledge about Nexia. Having a quick look at Nexia's website should give you some ideas. I would also recommend people to be comfortable to talk about their hobbies as Nexia really values peoples interests outside of work.
