Training & Personal Development at Nexia Sydney

All postgraduate study is fully covered by the fir, with paid study leave. The L&D calendar has training options for all staff regardless of their position/training. We have regular tax updates (with a special topic), compliance training, client communication/excellence etc. Plenty is on the job training, there are many external consultants that come to the offices.

There's a lot of training provided especially for graduates / junior staff.

I have been given tax technical training, on the job, client excellence training and mental health training and I have only been here a short time. As far as I know, every staff member gets their own training plan.

I have been lucky enough to be selected by the firm to meet other accountants at various training programs now. The training is always informative and easy to listen to online/attend.

I wish I got a bit more mentorship in my early days. I felt a bit on my own without my direct manager guiding me.
