Working Hours at Nexia Sydney

As a standard, in line with our policy we do 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This depends on work load, for example, if you're visiting client sites you will be expected to attend the client office. We do reasonable overtime, particularly during the busy period. We do get TIL approved by the partners and we get an additional day of annual leave at the end of each calendar year.

I work 37.5 hours a week. There's also a flexible work policy in place so I get to work from home some days during the week as well.

I need to be in the office three days per week and the days can vary depending on what is happening in my life. As I mentioned above I am judged on outcomes not how many hours I spend in the office.

My work hours are very flexible and I have always been encouraged to start early as I am a morning person.

It is common for me to need to work late hours.
