Your role
The Digital Support Executive will be an integral part of the continued growth and development of Nielsen's unique and innovative capabilities within this exciting area of our business, and the industry as a whole.
Responsibilities
Support a “root cause” culture to ensure that a true resolution is achieved for all performance incidents identified
Full support of client System Development Kit (SDK) integration from technical kickoff through to post-production ongoing support for multiple accounts running in parallel
Use strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to the audience’s needs to communicate all aspects of the SDK integration process and issue resolutions
Helping clients correctly implement and test the Nielsen SDK on their apps and app-based video players, and troubleshooting implementation issues throughout the engagement
Helping clients correctly implement and test the Nielsen v60 tag on their websites
Drives positive client and Media Industry Group relationships, ensuring day-to-day needs are met
Escalate/engage support as required to ensure timely turnaround to the client.
Identifying best practices and assisting in the creation of support materials, implementation guides, FAQs, etc. Taking an active contributory role in the processes surrounding our digital products
Knowledgeable about SDK processes, schedules, and products to ensure compliance and meeting of delivery schedules/SLAs
Knowledgeable about methodology and processes for all Nielsen Digital Audience Measurement Products. Including, but not limited to Market Intelligence, Digital Ratings Monthly, and Digital Content Ratings.
Management of allocated tickets in the ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met.
Maintaining clients' access to Nielsen tools.
Ability to support new accounts by transferring knowledge from other accounts
Easily provide backup for other team members
Investigate and answer data-related client questions

About you
Here’s what we are looking for in this role:
Nielsen is open to hiring Fresh Graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other web-based technology degree or equivalent experience.
A candidate with min 1 year of experience is ideal
Comfortable knowledge of web/internet technologies - HTML, HTML5, Flash, JavaScript, ActionScript, XML, Java, Objective C
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps in general
Knowledge of app-based video player and content management system experience is desirable
Experience troubleshooting technical issues using debugging tools (e.g. Chrome DevTools, Fiddler, Charles, Console) is advantageous
Experience with content management systems and tag management platforms such as GoogleTag Manager is a plus
An aptitude for learning new systems, technology, and processes
Boundless energy, a positive attitude, and the desire to contribute to the advancement of the digital media measurement space
Possess excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Be good at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
A consultative style of working
A team player in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
