The role of the Business Analyst, will assist in the facilitation and drive business transformation across the organization. You will play a key role in implementing strategic initiatives to improve processes and increase effectiveness with innovative solutions to support future growth and move with technology advancements. As an experienced Business Analyst, you will meticulously document and evaluate the best ways to support the successful delivery of business objectives and goals and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The Business Analyst role is a versatile and flexible role, where you act as a communicator, facilitator, mediator, and advocator for the business and its needs. You will gain exposure to a wide breadth and depth of knowledge and experience across NFSA-NFSNZ business and build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
