Career Prospects at Nous Group

There is a clear pathway for career progression and promotion. There are many different sectors you can gain experience in, and so long as you perform, you can expect to be rewarded accordingly. Many people at managerial or higher begun their career as graduates at Nous.

The company has recently decided to slow down the rate at which people can progress. There is a yearly promotion cycle.

From my understanding, project management experience and selling work is what you need to move up the ranks.

At Nous, I feel confident that I have the opportunity to explore different areas of public policy, as well as some other industries such as higher education and doing meaningful work in the process. If the areas that Nous work in interest you, then it is a brilliant place to explore what sectors you might want to focus on in your career.

I have only been here a year, so do not feel I can accurately answer this question, but others seem to be happy and there are many growth opportunities that Nous offers if youre willing to take them.

Promotions are considered twice a year. Promotions are merit-based, and office politics do not influence decision-making.
