My managers are great. Always happy to have a chat when they have a free moment. Always open to communication, usually through emails or other wise having a chat in their office about more personal things such as performance reviews. Generally for information that is applicable for a lot of people, they will just send an email around. Praise and recognition often comes up in a meeting setting where work you have done on a project or how you have been going overall. But this is also mentioned causally or after discussing something with them as well depending on the situation.

They are really involved and care about your growth and learning.

Yes. My manager has been a reliable and crucial source of knowledge and support. Upper management is approachable, though they can be time-poor!

My first manager was horrible. I bring my concerns to another manager and she was changed immediately. My current manager is very good and supportive. She values and recognises my ability and efforts.

Managers very good at interacting and providing support. I have weekly 1-1 meeting with my manager, but also talk to them nearly every day. There is a formal assessment process though your performance and development plan. There is a formal mentoring program within the Graduate program, so you have a mentor outside of your team, and you get an executive sponsor (someone at executive level which you get to meet up with throughout the program and learn from).

From my experience and what I have seen, I think they do pretty well!

Other than the Director, every person I've come across has been so accommodating and supportive.

Management so far has been really approachable, however it as they do not often leave their offices and you have to go to them it can create a dynamic that you're interrupting their work. Internal communications can sometimes be inconsistent, but the team is small enough that any issues get cleared up quickly and often face-to-face.
