What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
At a graduate level, the pay is very competitive. No bonuses are given.
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Aug 2024
No bonuses but Flex time makes up for it
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Aug 2024
Very good for a graduate role and I feel confident that I can get a promotion soon.
Graduate, Sydney - 22 Jul 2024
There is no bonus.
Graduate, Sydney - 04 Jul 2024
I believe the pay is very good for a graduate role. There are no bonuses as it is the public sector.
Graduate, Sydney - 03 Jul 2024
No bonuses that I know of. The pay is decent but I will be looking for increases in the future.
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Jul 2024
The pay is good, however, they do not have much bonus.
Graduate, Sydney - 16 May 2023
No bonuses, but pay is pretty solid.
Graduate, Sydney - 15 May 2023
No bonuses. Pay similar or slightly better compared to other companies for graduates.
Graduate - 12 May 2023
no bonuses - that would be good pay is great for grad salary
Graduate, Sydney - 12 May 2023
Remuneration and benefits are very fair, especially for someone 'fresh' out of university.
Graduate, Gosford - 12 May 2023
Pay is very competitive, and higher than most graduate programs. Pay is based on grades and is fully transparent (you can find the pay of all grades and levels on the NSW government website).
Graduate, Sydney - 08 May 2023
No bonuses because its the government, but the pay is pretty good! I have a friend that is a graduate at ANZ Bank and she gets paid less.
Graduate, Sydney - 08 May 2023
Solid salary comparative to other programs.
Graduate, Sydney - 08 May 2023
Pay is lower than what I was on, but I am on a Graduate Program. I don't know how bonuses would work in the public service.
Graduate, Orange - 08 May 2023
For an entry level graduate role, I am paid extremely well compared to other people I know working in the public sector in legal. I'm not aware of any bonuses, but I feel my pay is good enough that a lack of bonus doesn't affect me.
Graduate, Sydney - 05 May 2023
The pay is very reasonable for the work, but I would be happy to work more hours for a higher pay.
Graduate, Parramatta - 03 May 2023
I work in the public sector and I am not expecting any bonus pay for working in this position. I value how my employer supports me through working from home, respecting my time and supporting my sense of belonging. For pay, I think this graduate role is competitive but for digital stream it could be higher, but again I do not think those companies values align with mine.
Graduate, Sydney - 03 May 2023
I am currently on a lower salary than the Student Legal Officer role that I had with the NSW Government. However, I have heard of other legal employers offering lower salaries to graduates.
Graduate, Parramatta, Sydney - 03 May 2023
My pay isn't high, but I am only a graduate and I am still learning a lot. I expect once I have completed this program that I will be able to progress to a higher position with higher pay.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Flex timesheet / Flex leave
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Aug 2024
Flex hours
Graduate, Sydney - 12 Aug 2024
The only real perk is Fitness Passport, which I use a lot and really appreciate. Flex leave is nice though, and a general policy around only working the hours needed to suit work-life balance is great.
Graduate, Sydney - 22 Jul 2024
Not much employee benefits, the major one is the fitness club programme.
Graduate, Sydney - 04 Jul 2024
Flex leave, when you work over the hours required, you accrue additional leave, this is obviously limited in the amount you can accrue in a period.
Graduate, Sydney - 03 Jul 2024
Fitness passport
Graduate, Maitland - 03 Jul 2024
We get access to the fitness passport. Offices are also very nice.
Graduate, Sydney - 02 Jul 2024
best would moving expenses when you are out auditing the auditees.
Graduate, Sydney - 16 May 2023
Flex leave
Graduate, Sydney - 15 May 2023
annual leave loading - 1.7% salary packaging
Graduate, Sydney - 12 May 2023
The flexible work arrangements.
Graduate, Gosford - 12 May 2023
Best perk is flex leave. Any time that you work over the 7 hours a day accrues as flex leave, which you can take like regular leave. Note the rules around flex leave depend on what award you are on. Great learning opportunities. Lots of workshops and webinars to learn things and meet new people. Get to go to the zoo.
Graduate, Sydney - 08 May 2023
I guess that we can bank overtime hours and once we accrue enough hours, we can take paid days off.
Graduate, Sydney - 08 May 2023

Extra training oportunities that only exist with large organisations.
