If you are a student or recent graduate in either Business, Finance, Commerce or Accounting, or a Fashion Business/Fashion Merchandising course, then an internship working in the retail buying department of a retail organisation could be your ‘in’ to an exciting career.
The retail buyer is part of the merchandise management team and is involved in sourcing new products, deciding what goes in the range, negotiating prices and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the right product gets to the right stores, at the right time, and is selling for the right price.

During the preparation stage of the program, we will discuss your career aspirations and enrol you onto the online Numensa Academy where you can access our Kickstarting Your Career Toolkit™️ work on developing your personal brand and learn valuable interview techniques. We will then match you with a host company that meets your career needs.
You will then undertake a 12-week guided internship and will have the support of a dedicated Careers Consultant.
