The role
Our two-year Graduate Program offers career development opportunities and we actively encourage further growth within our organisation as you complete the program. It's a fun, rewarding experience that will accelerate your personal and professional development, providing you a platform to fulfill your goals. We want to challenge you and ensure you contribute from day one and make an impact to our business.
You’ll complete a rotational program within your business unit. Rotations help you to learn about different parts of your business area, build more connections, further develop skills, and decide where you can take your career next. You will complete 3 rotations of 8 months each.
At the end of your graduate program, you’ll be supported to transition into a role which best suits your capabilities and interests.
What you will need to have

We are looking for graduates who wish to work with in Human Resources and/or related departments you will need to be a 2018, 2019 or 2020 university graduate to be eligible for this opportunity.
Human Resources
Working in the Human Resources team at Optus you may work across a variety of departments including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Organisational Capability, Remuneration and Benefits and Occupational Health and Safety. Key aspects of working in the Human Resources team will be the ability to successfully deliver bespoke projects, deliver business integration projects and successfully partner with various Optus client groups.
Ideally you have studied a Bachelor of Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline and have a genuine interest in enhancing the employee experience at Optus.
