What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
The pay is average in the tech market so it is reasonable.
Graduate, Sydney - 16 Sep 2024
My current pay is good and bonus is ok. How much bonus my company issues really just depends on the business performance.
Graduate, Sydney - 13 Sep 2024
one of the more competitive grad salaries
Intern, Sydney - 04 Sep 2024
Competitive
Graduate, Sydney - 04 Sep 2024
The pay is generous for my level of experience, and I haven't seen anything else in the job market that matches.
Graduate, Sydney - 04 Sep 2024
Pay and bonuses are solid compared to market.
Graduate, Sydney - 04 Sep 2024
Its above average, but being on a 2 year program, it feels like salary progression is slow.
Graduate, Sydney - 09 Nov 2023
I think the grad pay is quite generous especially considering the interview process was not cracked like some of the companies out there. The base for 2023 grads is 80k with a 10-20% bonus depending on your performance.
Graduate, Sydney - 08 Nov 2023
They pay is competitive within the market, and bonuses are awarded on a business unit by business unit basis. However, payroll is slow to adjust and correct errors, and newer / more junior graduates get paid higher than more senior graduates. When superannuation contributions rise the business takes on those costs rather than reduce employee pay.

Graduate, Sydney - 03 Nov 2023
They pay is good, I believe it is more than most graduate positions. I believe the bonus is quite good too and is heavily based on performance.
Graduate, Sydney - 01 Nov 2023
Definitely higher than your average graduate (compared 6 offers that I received last year)
Graduate, Sydney - 01 Nov 2023
I think they are fairly consistent with the market.
Graduate, Sydney - 01 Nov 2023
Overall, pay is good for a grad role, that is. However, I would like to see this increase a bit significantly once rolling off the grad program.
Graduate, Sydney - 31 Oct 2023
We have quite a competitive salary, and higher than industry average. Our bonus system is linked to not only the performance of the organisation but individual performance as well which is a transparent and fair process.
Graduate, Sydney - 31 Oct 2023
Bonuses have been good so far. Pay is unequal between tech and corporate graduates seemingly arbitrarily (some tech grads are in roles that don't require technical abilities and some corporate grads are in roles where technical ability may be required) Corporate graduates are paid the minimum for the level and technical graduates were not
Graduate, Sydney - 31 Oct 2023
Pay and bonuses are quite good thus far. I have been increased in salary as a graduate quite significantly since starting, I believe due to the job supply issue of 2022, and the demand for graduates and roles increasing quite a lot
