As a Technical Cloud Analyst, you will work as a member of the Client Services 4 Industry (CS4I) consulting team to solve business problems for prospective clients; uncover and understand client goals/challenges, and align Oracle’s Infrastructure Industry cloud portfolio to enable optimal solutions.
You will become an expert in the cloud implementation methodology known as TCM (True Cloud Method) and become skilled in some Software as a Service (SaaS) services, tools, and technology that support data conversion, data integration, and report-building. You will support your Consulting Leads in their day-to-day activities to deliver solutions to the customers.
The Analyst role is both a challenging and rewarding role that will test your interpersonal skills, ability to quickly master business process knowledge, strategic thinking capabilities, and follow-through on the delivery of a solution. You will be provided with the tools, training, coaching, and resources to help you be successful. You will be a member of the CS4I consulting team acting as a central hub for delivery on key projects. You will gain valuable experience with major clients, and business processes and be on the forefront of cutting-edge technology and deployments.
Responsibilities:
To get you ready for this role, you will complete 1:1 on-the-job training with a senior member of the consulting staff focused on honing your consulting skills, deepening product and technical knowledge, and supporting your mastery of software implementation skills. Upon completion of the training, you will be staffed in a billable or shadow assignment on a customer engagement, where you will continue to develop your expertise in a day-to-day client-facing role.
