How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
My manager is really nice and she helps me out if I need any help. She isn't sure hands on but she is also very busy with her own things but still makes sure to check in every so often to see how I am tracking.

Managers are very accessible and open to working through any issues that you may have. You are encouraged to reach out if you are struggling with anything, and feedback when regularly sought is provided. There is an emphasis on you driving your own feedback, so it may be difficult to obtain it regularly if you don't make time to seek it.

Management and mentors/buddies are very friendly and supportive. Generally, will have fortnightly catchups with the mangers and the buddies to discuss how the previous two weeks went and areas of focus we want to work on to make the most of the program. The managers and buddies are then really good in relaying feedback to the greater management team to ensure that we are given opportunities to excel in our role.

My manager is very accessible and willing stop what he is doing in order to help me out and provide advise. The feedback is always constant and they are always trying to help you be the best version of yourself.

I have had three different managers so far at PP and have had mixed experiences with them. I have found that some managers will ensure you have adequate work and will provide you with a good level of support to get it done, while others will leave you in the deep end to sort of beg for work. It can be difficult when a lot of pressure is put on the number of billable hours.

Managers are very approachable and easily accessible via teams. Most managers meet regularly with grads and follow up concerns when necessary. Feedback is valued greatly within the firm. Often feedback forms are completed, and regular feedback is provided for work that is done.

The managers that I have worked with over my time at Pitcher Partners have made themselves available for discussions and have proven to be valuable mentors. There is a slight preference toward informal communication but scheduled meetings are encouraged where required. Managers are thorough with performance feedback.

All of my managers have been really friendly and helpful, no negative experiences so far. Managers are very busy, but get trained and have usually been at the company since they were grads themselves (so understand what you're going through and the learning curve). Performance feedback is usually pretty structured with feedback forms etc

There's a strong emphasis on encouraging questions and seeking clarity. They are more than likely always available to help, and they also care about your personal life as much as work life, so they make you feel really comfortable and free to talk to. They also provide consistent feedback and if you have done some great work, they will let you know about it.
