Fillr began life as an autofill solution to help accelerate transactions on cumbersome eCommerce forms. After steady growth and the evolution of its tech, Fillr was acquired by Japanese global tech company, Rakuten, in late 2020. Fillr's Autofill and transaction harvesting APIs are helping to power Rakuten as well as the world's top eCommerce and buy now pay later apps. Stores pay Rakuten a commission for sending members their way, and Rakuten shares the commission with members as Cash Back. Founded in 1998 as Ebates, Rakuten Rewards has paid members over $1 billion Cash Back.
The role:
- Full-time on an initial 6 month contract
- Track/update the client pipeline and brief the Director of Product
- Maintain the product/client matrix (releases/updates/client-specific features)
- Communicate with current clients on enquiries
- Curate, maintain and update Airtable (autofill health)
- Create business health reports based on key criteria including product/autofill health, client performance and analytics, affiliate revenue and analytics
- Working with the key stakeholders, development team and QA team to assist delivery of new features and bug fixes, primarily by communicating Product context for all work.
- Manage a JIRA board
- Run Stand up and retrospectives
- Organise cards and work into sprints
- Organise releases with the head of QA
- Get velocity and throughput reports from JIRA
Your qualifications and skills:
- Graduating or a recent graduate with a relevant qualification in IT, computer science, marketing, or business is advantageous
- A product management certification or relevant practical experience and skills is a bonus
- Knowledge of/experience with JIRA and Confluence is a bonus
- Can demonstrate strong organisational skills
- A confident speaker and a good communicator
