Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Not enough offices/spaces for education purposes.

Great location/facilities. office space often cramped, facilities are fantastic. Parking is often difficult to find
Graduate, Warners Bay - 31 Oct 2023
The office is a lovely space and the location is easy to get there. The dress code is semi formal.

Needs a face lift and no body wants to pee in the middle of the nurses station

Have never seen the 'offices' but on the ward, nurses station and staff kitchen it is well designed, set out and clean and safe.

Facilities in my ward are not good. We have no kitchenette with hot water and have to go to other ward for it. Dress code is scrubs provided by facility. Most staff hate them as they are very thick and uncomfortable fabric.
Graduate, Melbourne - 31 Oct 2023
Large office space, nicely decorated with everything I need. Dress code is business-casual.

I am using the word office in this scenario to describe the theatre department. For the most part the facilities are intact, the hospital could probably use with some renovations. In saying this, the need for renovations does not at all impact the function of the hopsital at present.

Wish there was more staff parking. Remains a night mate.
Graduate, Perth - 31 Oct 2023
We don't get to bring patients to the physio office where the stairs and parallel rails are since we don't have a gym. Otherwise, it's good

One single small toilet, that is not ventilated and smells bad. No AC and kind of packed and dirty. The location is not bad.
Graduate, Brisbane - 31 Oct 2023
Clean, however difficult for patients and family to navigate. we need better signage
Graduate, Gold Coast - 31 Oct 2023
There isn't really an office, plenty of access to computers when required Dress code is scrubs which is easy and I think always looks presentable
Graduate, Melbourne - 31 Oct 2023
Some equipment needs updating (ie there are OBS machines that are referred to as the 'good' OBS machines.). Rooms can feel cramped when needing to use manual handling equipment. Bathroom doors only opening outwards can cause issues when mobilising.
Graduate, Wollongong - 31 Oct 2023
I'm satisfied with dress code and location of my ward
Graduate, Brisbane - 31 Oct 2023
Dress code is pretty much ok not really a concern.
Graduate, Perth - 31 Oct 2023
Our space is very cluttered for the amount of staff, we don't have enough computers. We don't have resources such as iPads to look up injectables and have to wait for doctors to finish using our computers so we can provide patients with intravenous medications. We wear navy blue scrubs, there is no distinction between the different roles of staff and more qualified staff are often thought to be the same as levels with less formal education.
