I've noticed they hold events on women in engineering.

Raytheon participates in pride month, women in engineering, NAIDOC week, and other diversity events throughout the year. I'm unsure what the company has in terms of maternity leave etc. but I assume it's reasonable.

There are not a lot of senior female engineers. This makes it difficult for younger female engineers to find role models/mentors that are similar to them.

The company has made an adjustment to baby leave recently, increasing the leave available and making company policies gender neutral (non-birthing parent and birthing parent). The company makes effort to acknowledge communities but could make more effort year-round than just on their specific days. The company has done really well recently with acknowledging and making effort to bring first nations people into the company and support them however possible. I am also aware of the efforts being made currently to entice women into the company, especially considering how dominant the male representation is within most engineering companies.
