This is an opportunity for a individual to kick start your Nursing career in Aged Care at RSL Lifecare. As a Registered Nurse - New Graduate, you will be working within our home care services or residential aged care homes.
This is a 12 month Registered Nurse Graduate Program which is designed to assist you with your transition into the clinical workforce. RSL Lifecare will provide you an environment that will help you gain confidence, professionalism, expertise and excellence clinical skills that will see you succeed as a excellent Registered Nurse.
You will attend monthly education sessions and be mentored by our Registered Nurses and Professional Development Team. You will receive paid study days to assist with your professional development. You will also receive access to our well regarded education programs, workshops and seminars.
Excellent opportunities are available upon the successful completion of your program.
The ideal candidate would be individual with a genuine caring and compassionate nature who enjoy caring for the elderly with commitment to deliver high quality clinical care.
To be eligible for the 2022 Registered Nurse Graduate Program at RSL Lifecare, you will have completed your Nursing Qualifications in 2021.
Resume including Clinical Placements Undertaken with ward and speciality environment of clinical placement and hours
2-3 referees from placement wards and/or any previous aged care/disability support/community services
