What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Under paid and undervalued / border line minimum wage (potentially below if you do a certain amount of over time).
Intermediate, Perth - 31 Jul 2024
It's bad, bonuses is non-existent here... the opportunity they offered isn't worth it.
Graduate, Melbourne - 26 Jul 2024
My pay isn't amazing as I'm a 20 year old trainee, so at the current minute it's not hte greatest, but the perks balance that out, including being paid to go to uni and paid personal & annual leave
Intern, Albury - 25 Jul 2024
As an undergraduate, I don't really have a complaint with the salary.
Undergraduate, Perth - 22 Jul 2024
I am very satisfied especially as a graduate.
Graduate, Port Lincoln - 19 Jul 2024
Average starting pay but quick career progression opportunities compensate. Bonus for new clients and referral of either client or talent
Graduate, Sydney - 19 Jul 2024
Pay is just OK. I believe it is in line with the average/expectations of a consulting firm. I believe the experience I can offer is more valuable. I have received some small bonuses
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jul 2024
I find that the pay at my company, while not exceptionally high compared to the cost of living, is somewhat modest. It generally aligns with industry standards and the responsibilities of the roles, but there's room for improvement, especially given the increasing cost of living.
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Jul 2024
The graduate salary is very low. I am getting paid less than someone working an entry level role with no formal qualifications, despite having completed a degree. From my own research, RSM is offering more than 10k less than its competitors for a graduate. I have not been at RSM long enough to know what the bonus structure is like.
Graduate, Perth - 18 Jul 2024
Being in a public service town where wages are much higher compared to what we get paid, I think our wages could be brought up a bit and more competitive in order to retain quality staff. I think performance bonuses are a bit of a joke - most people get the same/similar percentage increases in their pay, which doesn't reflect when some staff operate outstandingly, and others are less so.
Graduate, Canberra - 18 Jul 2024
Pay is appropriate.
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jul 2024
Pay is a little underwhelming but still competitive enough.
Graduate, Brisbane - 18 Jul 2024
They are great. Even overtime is great.
Graduate, Geraldton - 18 Jul 2024
There are no quarterly bonuses and the pay is relatively average.
Graduate, Melbourne - 18 Jul 2024
I could be paid more
Graduate, Ballarat - 18 Jul 2024
Very low base as graduates
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Jul 2024
They emphasise the other benefits offered, like free first aid training and others that I can't remember because they're probably not that great. It would be helpful if they told us what our hourly rate works out to be, as they just show our salary and superannuation. Bonuses aren't for performance I don't think, just bringing in new clients or staff.
Graduate, Moora - 18 Jul 2024
I am not aware that there are bonuses at the company. However I understand why I don't get paid much as I am not qualified and working as an intern. But I believe the pay should be higher for graduates and Accountants, since they are qualified with a 3 year degree and have $50,000 debt. When people could have no experience and work a mine job that pay $80,000 starting salary and get quite large pay increases each year.
Intern, Busselton - 18 Jul 2024
There is no particular specified bonuses program. The overall organization is severely behind in comparison to other business in the industry. Payment of wages occurs monthly, which impacts personal finances and is also severely outdated, I have opened discourse with man other employees and it was concluded that this is pretty poor and it should be done either weekly or fortnightly
Undergraduate, Wagga - 18 Jul 2024
There are no bonuses, and pay is low
Graduate, Brisbane - 18 Jul 2024
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Free drinks on a friday? there are private health schemes, but are simply too expensive to afford anyway.
Intermediate, Perth - 31 Jul 2024
Some free dinners after an audit ends. But hardly worth it since many people don't show up.
Graduate, Melbourne - 26 Jul 2024

At my company, team events are a standout perk that encourages strong teamwork and collaboration. We regularly organize team-building activities, social outings, and themed events, which create a vibrant workplace culture. The leave policies are very considerate to support unexpected life events.
Graduate, Sydney - 18 Jul 2024
We are provided income protection as part of our employment and there are regular social functions on offer.
